Have you heard about the University Town Center development to be built in Glen Carbon? The 900+ acre retail development proposed for the space between I270 and 162, 157 and I255? Do you have questions? Concerns? Suggestions? Then this is the event for you.
In coordination with the GlenEd Citizens, the University Town Center (UTC) Master Developer, Bruce Holland, is presenting a public open house to exhibit plans for the UTC development. Bruce Holland is the President of Holland Construction. He and members of his team will be on hand to familiarize citizens with the proposed development and answer questions.
The Open House will take place on Tuesday October 13 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. We will meet in the Glen Carbon Public Safety building, located behind Village Hall at 151 North Main Street, Glen Carbon. For directions, please call the Village of Glen Carbon at 618-288-1200 or follow this link: http://www.mapquest.com/maps?city=Glen+Carbon&state=il&address=151+N+Main&zipcode=62034
Tell your neighbors and mark the time on your calendar. This is an incredible opportunity to learn first hand about this major development that will impact our community. Meeting attendees will be able to ask questions directly of the development team.
